Article 2Definition of the Service

T flow Store (the “Service”) is a product listing platform that allows T flow members (“Sellers”) to register and expose their product information free of charge.

Article 3Nature of the Service — Disclaimer of Intermediary Status

  1. The Service is solely an information platform that exposes Sellers' product information and facilitates connections with prospective buyers. The Company is not a party or agent to any transaction between Sellers and buyers, and does not act as a mail-order sales intermediary (통신판매중개자) within the meaning of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. of the Republic of Korea or equivalent applicable law.
  2. Payment, remittance, and contract execution for products are not carried out within the Service. Sellers and buyers must negotiate and proceed directly, outside the Service.
  3. All matters arising from a transaction — including transaction terms, performance, payment, delivery, withdrawal of offer, defects, quality, and disputes — must be resolved between the Seller and the buyer as the parties to the transaction. The Company does not involve itself in, and bears no responsibility for, any such matters.

Article 4Seller Eligibility and Store Setup

  1. Any T flow member may set up a store and register products free of charge, without any business-registration verification process.
  2. The Company does not separately verify a Seller's business registration status, corporate status, or similar matters when a store is set up or a product is registered. Responsibility for the authenticity of registered information and for Seller eligibility rests with the Seller.
  3. Sellers must ensure that the product information and company information they register is accurate.

Article 5Prohibited Products and Listings

Sellers shall not register any product or information falling within the following categories:

  1. Misappropriating another party's product information or listing it as one's own
  2. Counterfeit goods, or products infringing the trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights of a third party
  3. Items whose trade is prohibited or regulated under applicable law, such as weapons or narcotics
  4. Products with false representation of origin, ingredients, specifications, or similar attributes
  5. Obscene materials or other content contrary to public morals
  6. Any other product that violates applicable law or public order

Article 6Exposure and Marketing Use

To promote use of the Service, the Company may expose registered product information in T flow's internal search results, or process and use such information for external marketing purposes, including SEO.

Article 7Prohibited Conduct

  1. Bulk or duplicate registration of listings for abusive purposes
  2. Collecting product or member information from the Service through automated means such as crawling, scraping, or bots (Automated Collection)
  3. Reproducing or redistributing the Company's content without authorization
  4. Registering any product falling under Article 5
  5. Any other conduct prohibited by applicable law or the Master Terms

Article 8Restriction of Use

  1. Where a violation of Article 5 or Article 7 is confirmed, the Company may remove the relevant product listing or store, or restrict/suspend use of the Service.
  2. When taking measures under paragraph 1, the Company will notify the user in advance; provided that, in urgent or unavoidable circumstances, such as blocking the distribution of unlawful products, notice may be given without delay after the measure is taken.

Article 9Disclaimer

  1. As the Company is not a mail-order sales intermediary and is not a party to any transaction, it is not liable for damages arising from transactions between Sellers and buyers.
  2. As the Service is provided free of charge, the Company is not liable for damages arising in connection with use of the Service, except where otherwise required by applicable law; provided that this does not apply to damages caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  3. Other disclaimers shall follow Article 17 of the Master Terms, applied mutatis mutandis.

Article 10Language

These Terms are prepared in Korean, and an English translation may be provided for users' convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between the Korean and English versions, the Korean version shall prevail.
